Privacy policy
In short. We collect only what the work needs, use it only for that work, never sell it, and delete it when the law no longer requires us to keep it.

Consent
We process personal data with your consent, given when you submit a form, sign an engagement letter or share documents. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to us; we will stop processing except where the law requires us to keep records.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with: government portals you ask us to file on (Income Tax, GST, MCA and others); independent professionals certifying your filings, with your knowledge; and service providers who host our email, files and forms under confidentiality terms. We may disclose data where the law requires it.
Storage and security
Data is stored in access-controlled business accounts with two-factor authentication. Aadhaar copies are masked. We never ask for or store net-banking, trading or portal passwords. If a personal data breach affects you, we will inform you and the Data Protection Board as the law requires.
Retention
We keep client records for as long as the engagement lasts and for the period the law requires afterwards (for example, tax records for up to eight years). Enquiry data that does not lead to an engagement is deleted within twelve months.
Your rights
You may ask for a summary of the personal data we hold, ask us to correct or erase it, nominate someone to exercise your rights, and raise a grievance. Write to [email protected]; we respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Cookies
The site uses no advertising cookies. If analytics is enabled, it uses anonymised measurement only.
